How to Return an ableExperience QuickTalker Freestyle device:

1. Please follow the instructions below to return your QuickTalker Freestyle device. Click here for instructions in Spanish.
2. Place QuickTalker Freestyle device into the shipping box. Make sure the screen is facing the bottom of the box.
3. Attach the enclosed FedEx return label to the top of the box over the existing FedEx label.
4. Close the box using peel and stick tape already applied to the box. Press firmly to ensure the box seals shut.
5. Drop the box off at any FedEx location. Go to https://local.fedex.com/en-us to find a FedEx location near you.
6. Once AbleNet receives your returned QuickTalker Freestyle device, you will receive an email notification.
